There is no specific level of qualifications or education required to run a successful coaching and motivation business with a Wayne Ellis Franchise however there may be prior knowledge or further training required for some of our services. Franchisees will go through a thorough and complete training program, which includes two days intensive business training and three days on the job training with a qualified and experienced operator.
